Graphic & Web Designer Meet Jaymi

Jaymi joined our team in 2018 as our graphic designer. She has since added social media marketing and web design to her resume. Her job on our team is to create eye-catching graphics, websites, and media pieces that will promote our clients' businesses in a way that brings customers in their doors.

Jaymi has a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from UOP and has been working in graphic and web design for over a decade. Her design work precedes her. Many of our clients rave about the work she has produced for them.

On a personal note, Jaymi was born and raised in New Mexico. In her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her fur baby, Oakley, watching college football, camping, playing board games and an ice cold Dr. Pepper on a hot day.

She is in the office Monday - Thursday weekly to assist you.

Finance ManagerMeet Pam

Pam is the first face you see when you walk in the door and will greet you with a smile! She joined our team at Elliott Marketing in 2021 as our financial manager. With her decades of bookkeeping experience, she handles our finances with care. If you have a question regarding an invoice or the cost of production, Pam is the one you'll need to speak to.

She is meticulous in her work, making sure every T is crossed and I is dotted. She is the oil that keeps our office running, and can answer most any question you might have regarding the marketing we offer.

She is in the office on Monday - Wednesday - Friday each week.

When she isn't seamlessly managing our office and books, Pam enjoys time with her 4 grandchildren, playing piano for and volunteering at her church, clicking away at a computer game or spending time with her friends.

Remember, it may be you who pays the bills, provides the services to your clients. but when you get an order for a product or service, it won’t be you they will be working with. It is your team members who will be dealing with your clients face-to-face. or on the phone, so credibility for your business actually starts with them.

Building your crew up by showing them off personalities. and strengths will go a long way toward helping your visitors connect with your brand. but also build up the confidence of your team members. which results in more sales and customer engagement.

Plus, a meet the page brings certain benefits to the table. For instance, with a meet the team page you can:

Introduce your employees

Humanize your company

Increase transparency

Emphasize your organization’s strengths

If you’re a small company, you may choose to include all team members on your team page. Share what each team member below their picture in a few words such as, “Brant Sable, Sales Team Lead.”

if you’re a large company with thousands of employees, listing every employee on your meet the team page. In this case, it may make more sense to only include your business executives or leadership team. as these individuals can represent every major department in your company.

People like to know a little about who they will be working with, not only their individual skill set. but also their manner of communication and originality, things that. define what they are about. Personality can make all the difference when you are trying. to influence people to from you and trust your brand.

Unlike in the real world where you can win people over with a handshake and a smile. you don’t have these things in the online environment. So you have to build your credibility through other things.
